Hey folks, it’s me, Shay Perry Adelmann. I am out here in front of the Bullitt County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office and Judicial Center down in Bullitt County, and I wanted to give some updates and just go on record. I’ve been documenting the case of Kendrick Wilson for quite some time now. He had another scheduled hearing in, in this court this morning at 9:30. I came down here I guess expecting to see what— more of the same, and that’s exactly what I got.

Shay (00:00:41.00)
They called his case. I think he was the 3rd case to be called. They said he wasn’t present. They used language that made it sound as if he had refused to appear once again. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Shay (00:00:55.1960)
I’m sitting in the back row. Trying to hear what’s happening. I can’t tell who is there from the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office or from the Public Defender’s Office to represent him. There— I couldn’t make out anybody at the front of the room that I recognized. And someone from the, uh, the staff attorney from the Public Defender’s Office came and asked me some questions at one point, but then indicated that she wasn’t there for that case.

Shay (00:01:25.1080)
This was all new to her. So, uh, I don’t think it was her that was there on his behalf. So I’m not exactly sure how no one was present. Did they know ahead of time that he wasn’t going to be there so they didn’t need to show up? Because this is a court that doesn’t allow you to Zoom in.

Shay (00:01:44.1340)
You can’t do Zoom. You have to be here present. Mm-hmm. And so while I’m wondering why is he not present, why again did they not bring him? This isn’t the first time this has happened, see.

Shay (00:01:54.1920)
They mentioned that he had 6 failures to appear from previous court hearings, and I’m like, I say to the bailiff, this court security guy who’s standing next to me at the door, I say to him, he’s in custody at LMDC. And the guy’s like, oh wow, well, I’ll let them know. So he disappears. He doesn’t go straight to the judge. He escorts somebody out.

Shay (00:02:17.1920)
I’m not sure exactly what all happens, but A while later, he comes back and he tells me that he told the judge. And Kendrick’s calling me now. I’ve got— I had multiple calls from Kendrick while all of this was happening. We’re standing in the foyer asking if someone can tell the judge that he’s— he wants to appear, he wants to be present, but no one is letting him come to court on his own behalf once again. And I find it just incredibly curious that no one seems to know that, and no order was issued for him to appear again.

Shay (00:02:59.380)
And something else that’s different this time that I want to make note of— I did get physical court records and case histories on certain cases under this particular judge. This is Judge Kelley. This is not Judge Cohron. Judge Kelly is overseeing some of the cases that used to be up under Judge Burris. Um, there have been threats and conflicts of personalities and conflicts of interest that have led to various judges taking over these cases, and, um, this one was mixed in with a whole bunch of probate cases.

Shay (00:03:43.300)
Today. So it was even curious why a criminal case— this is 24-F 441, F stands for felony— why is a criminal case mixed in with a whole bunch of probate estate cases? Just really, just suspicious things taking place that I want to keep an eye on. And then, um, the last time I was here, I had requested these files. I’m pretty certain that I had requested the DVDs and files from these from all of his cases.

Shay (00:04:16.240)
Um, and they presented me with a— with an order from April 15th, 2025 that states that all information related to the cases, um, 22-CR-272, -367, 23-CR-37, 23-CR-84, and 23-CR-86 As well as 23 CR— I think 84 is mentioned twice here. I thought there was an 85 that I don’t see listed, actually. I’m confused right now what I’m looking at because it’s different than what I thought it said. But regardless, I’ve seen other typos on these papers. So in fact, the very first sentence says any pretrial motions that can be reasonable anticipated, and that’s probably supposed to be reasonably anticipated.

Shay (00:05:06.1540)
So it just— Mistake, mistake, mistake. Very sloppy work on behalf of everyone representing the taxpayers, essentially. And we deserve better than what they’ve been doing and getting away with. And so I’m going to stay on top of it. But regardless, these 5 cases that were mentioned were used as why they couldn’t give me any of the case files last time I came down here and asked.

Shay (00:05:33.760)
So what’s different today? Maybe they got some clarification. They never admit that they were wrong, but they acted like I never had asked for it, and now that I have asked for it, I’m going to get it. So I got printouts of all these circuit court cases that they had been denying giving me histories on. This is from today.

Shay (00:05:59.1400)
Because he didn’t get transportation and able to appear again today, same thing they did back in July to him. Then they postponed it again, so now his new hearing date is December 18th. And this is a trial, so it’s a pre-trial conference headed to trial. And he’s already served 4 years in prison in, in the LMDC, all of which have been on contempt of court, and he’s never actually been convicted of these charges that he’s been accused of. And what else I thought was interesting, because they did say they were going to let me have a DVD of today’s hearing, so I’m going to go back and you know, 3 to 5 days I think is how long it’ll take me to get that.

Shay (00:06:42.1180)
I’m going to go back and see what all was actually said and who was present and show you, but also show you the history, how they did it in July, but they also did it on the cases that Judge Cohron has taken over. There were some cases that didn’t go to Kelley, they went to Cohron, and those are some of the cases— that’s the same judge that’s overseeing the Mickey Stines case in Letcher County where there are allegations of sex, quid pro quo, sexual favors in exchange for freedom by some of the inmates, the female inmates who were arrested for … Probably just so they could get women in their jail and do these things to them. Because the women don’t sound like the true perpetrators of these crimes. They sound like victims in these cases, at least to me. So, as that is being exposed, the Commonwealth Attorney himself that’s prosecuting this case most recently, that’s also been a big turnover, basket turnover full of people.

Shay (00:07:48.700)
But he has his name as the head of an organization that is supposed to support women who are victims of sex trafficking. And that is very concerning that he is on this same case with this judge and these public defenders who are possibly actively covering up crimes against women and trafficking of certain— in certain cases, and how that may even connect to the cases that I’m passionate about in JCPS, which are crimes against children. So I think it’s all interconnected. I think it’s part of the biggest cover-up in history.

Shay (00:08:29.1620)
I think Kentucky’s Epstein list is even bigger than Epstein’s Epstein list. And when I get that DVD, we’ll be able to see a little bit more. If I get that DVD, they may see that I’ve gone live and may decide to drag their feet some more like they have done in the past. But today they gave me things that they didn’t act like they were going to give me in the past, and Um, I tried to leave a message for the public defender who hopefully… [phone dies].
