Cohron – Latest Developments

Let me see if I’ve got this straight. Special-appointed Judge Chris Cohron, who was assigned to Kendrick’s case after Bullitt County Judge Ray Burriss failed to bury him for good, has a history of protecting secrets and those who help bury them. With a track record like his, let’s just call him a “closer.” He’s not THE closer because, as we will cover later, he’s not the only one. (For example, see: Rob Eggert)

You may remember Cohron’s name from some other key events in the Breonna Taylor murder “coverup” timeline.

In particular, that pesky unresolved situation where then Attorney General Daniel Cameron was arguably tampering with the Grand Jury by not presenting them with all the evidence needed to make an informed decision, and leaving murder off the table as a possible verdict for LMPD officer Brett Hankison.

After several jurists spoke out about their experience, Breonna’s mother asked to have Cameron removed as prosecutor. A panel of “friendly” judges then got together to decide if Cameron should be removed from the case, and golly gee, they declined to do so. Surprise, surprise. But the judge who put his seal of approval on the story they stuck with was Judge Cohron himself.

“We do not have the legal authority to fulfill the request that has been submitted,” said Chris Cohron, a council member and the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Warren County.

That’s him in the bottom right hand corner.

Enter Judge Cohron…

Then, there’s this other case involving a high-profile sheriff kills judge in his own chambers story. Seems there’s some speculation that a long-standing practice of trading blow jobs for freedom was operating out of that county’s judicial system and my money is that they ALL knew about it before one of the victims finally filed a lawsuit. Dadgum if “closer” Judge Cohron hasn’t been assigned to this case, too!

And Cohron also refused to recuse himself from the case, just like he has in Kendrick’s case, despite having all these connections and conflicts of interest, such as keeping each other’s secrets buried into eternity. We can’t let them. People like Kendrick deserve justice. Breonna’s family deserves justice. Taxpayers funding these government crime rings deserve justice.
