Kendrick is taken back into custody.
Due to Bullitt County Clerks refusing to release the DVDs to us, we are unable to provide the video of these incidents which took place on August 24, 2026. However, an audio recording clearly reveals Judge Cohron sentencing Kendrick to contempt of court for simply stating that he is confused about the court proceedings continuing since his attorney is not present. Public defender Duncan Varda, with whom Kendrick has experience irreconcilable differences, was in attendance, but as we explained previously, Kendrick does not want him continuing to MIS represent him.
This is AFTER Kendrick has already spent nearly four years in jail without a conviction for any of the charges he’s facing.
